Doctaly challenges the problem of GP access while supporting NHS GP practices through their highly flexible Remote Patient Monitoring platform, Doctaly Assist. Developed in collaboration with the NHS, patient groups, and leading UK academic institutions, the platform currently covers over four million patients across the country with a wide range of Long Term Conditions. By enhancing patient engagement, Doctaly has achieved over 85% patient adoption and reduced the average time taken for a clinician to safely review a patient by up to 80%, compared with traditional pathways. The platform maximizes clinical efficiency and patient adoption, safely and effectively supports clinical teams with Long Term Condition management, and simplifies pathways for QOF reviews.
