Impilo Therapeutics was recently acquired by Cend Therapeutics, expanding Cend's drug delivery capabilities for targeted treatment of solid tumor cancers. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Impilo Therapeutics specializes in creating fertility and pregnancy medicines to support healthy pregnancies, as well as medicines that provide essential nutrients for both mother and newborn.
