The bank, powered by Infosys Finacle Core Banking and Digital Banking Suite, operates on a cloud-based architecture, providing agility and cost-effective scalability. It serves over 4.5 lakh unique customers, including self-help groups, through 31 branches and 250 banking agents in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Uttarakhand. Shivalik is live on various retail payment platforms and is a direct member of the National Financial Switch. With a total deposit base of Rs 1245 Crores and total advances of Rs 805 Crores as of March 31, 2021, the bank also acts as a corporate agent for distributing insurance products.
