Founded in 2009 by Dr. Edgar Chavez, UCHC is a technology-driven Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) located in South Los Angeles. They offer primary care, men's and women's health services, children's and teen health services, senior care, nutrition counseling, mental health services, dermatology care, and ear, nose, and throat care. UCHC is a Federally Qualified Health Center and received the HRSA Health Center Quality Leader award in 2019.
