Founded in 2020 and based in East Lansing, Michigan, Michigan Rise is dedicated to helping innovative tech startups in various sectors, including advanced automotive & mobility, advanced manufacturing & materials, agricultural processing technology, alternative energy, homeland security & defense technology, information technology, life sciences, therapeutics, and medical devices. They provide capital support, coaching, and assistance with grant funding to entrepreneurs across Michigan. Michigan Rise Pre-Seed Fund III, administered by the Michigan State University Foundation, is made possible through funding from the Michigan Economic Development Corporation and Michigan State University Foundation.
