The company was founded in 2004 by Peter Egelberg, in collaboration with Lumitec AB and a team of scientists. Currently, ownership is divided among Neural AB, Teknoseed, Lumitec AB, Fåhraeus Technology AB, and some employees. Phase Holographic Imaging offers time-lapse cytometers for cancer and stem cell researchers in Europe, Asia, and North America. Their products, such as the time lapse cyclometer, empower labs to work cell-friendly and enable researchers to study cells in a non-invasive manner.
