Founded in 1998 by local business leader Peter Dwares, Gala 2022's mission is to prepare inner-city youth for higher education and various career options. They achieve this by engaging students in career exploration activities, both in and out of the classroom, and providing mentoring and motivational programs. Their goal is to empower underserved students by exposing them to different career opportunities and inspiring them to pursue their own paths.
