iLabs conducts research through various methods such as interviews, site visits, experiments, and surveys to understand how organizations identify and exploit opportunities to create value. They have experienced faculty and staff who specialize in data collection, analysis, and innovation issues. iLabs also has web and database servers to support online experiments, data gathering, and large-scale data modeling. It is the Office of Engagement and Impact for the College of Business at the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
