The International Trade Centre (ITC) fosters economic development in developing countries and transition economies through trade and international business development. It focuses on connecting small and medium-sized enterprises in these countries to the global trading system, with a particular emphasis on the least developed countries, landlocked developing countries, small island developing states, and sub-Saharan Africa. Established in 1964 and headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, ITC is the only international agency fully dedicated to the development of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises.
