They actively engage with founders, have clear deployment plans and criteria for follow-on investments, early planning to attract future co-investors, and an identified path for exit. MITA Ventures is a private sector initiative, whose principal place of operation is located within Mexico with offices in Austin and San Francisco. They provide capital and mentorship to early-stage technology and Internet startups in Mexico with global growth potential, as well as later-stage funding for proven companies expanding into the Mexico/LatAm market. Their goal is to build an economy in the region based on innovation, resulting in sustainable economic development.
