Leonard Picardo
Leonard Picardo joined the London office of Index in 2011, as an Associate in the Growth team. Previously, Leonard was a consultant at Oliver Wyman, where he worked cross-sector with clients in the US, Europe and the Middle East on topics ranging from growth strategies to operational improvement. There, Leonard also worked with The Venture Partnership Foundation, a grant-making foundation dedicated to supporting social entrepreneurs. Leonard start working life within the Aerodynamics department of the Redbull Formula 1 racing team. Catherine's angel investing activity is in a purely personal capacity. She co-invests with her husband, Jonathan Lenson. Catherine is the first female Managing Partner at SoftBank Investment Advisers, the world’s largest technology investment firm with $130+ billion under management in the two SoftBank Vision Funds. She sits on the Investment Committee for the $100m SB Opportunity Fund and is the executive sponsor of Emerge, SoftBank’s successful tech accelerator for underrepresented entrepreneurs.
