Larry Tsai
Larry is QVP's in-house product development and manufacturing expert who brings close to 2 decades of experience in the design, development and manufacture of hardware products. He has helped develop and launch over 100 hardware products for startups and stalwarts alike in a wide range of categories spanning wearables, digital entertainment, IoT, cameras, connected health and home. He is also currently the CEO of Q Design Studios, an international product design studio with offices in Silicon Valley, Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Taipei. Larry is from Silicon Valley and graduated from UCLA, but has lived in Asia for over a decade where he has extensive experience and a deep network across the Asia Pacific region.

Henry Tan
Henry helps QVP's portfolio startups on matters related to China market entry and operations. Previously, he was the Managing Director of Brio Ventures, a family office that invested in early-stage Chinese startups either directly or as an LP in angel funds. A graduate from Cornell University, Henry first worked at AT&T Broadband helping them with market strategy. After earning his MBA at the prestigious MIT Sloan School of Management, he returned to Asia as a Team Leader at Bain & Co. Later, he took on the role of Head of Corporate Development for both Ports Design (HK:0589) and PCD Stores (HK:0331).

Alexander Chan
Alex helps QVP identify portfolio companies and structure investments. He spent the past 12 years in banking, where most recently he was Head of Corporate Development & Strategy for Asia at Credit Suisse, and before that, as Director of Corporate Development & Strategy at Citigroup. Alex began his career in technology in the US at Yahoo!, iHarvest (a software startup acquired by HP/Interwoven) and BCG. He holds an MBA from MIT and a BA from Brown University. Alex currently serves on the Board of the English Schools Foundation, which oversees 22 international schools in Hong Kong.
