Hangzhou Favor RobotTechnology Company develops robotic lawn mower.  It is a rotary lawn mower and can find applications for areas greater thatn 5000 sq mt. The robot can be used for mowing of soccer fields and grass height can be adjusted from 3-6cm. It is capable of charging automatically and has the capability to stop automatically when lifted. The robot comes with a 8Ah battery and retails for about $750 per unit. The robot was developed in 2009.
