MEST offers a one-year program to train 50-60 top university graduates from Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, and South Africa in software development, product management, finance, marketing, sales, and leadership. After the program, successful teams receive funding and are accepted into the MEST Incubator, which offers access to education, facilities, and a global network of advisers. MEST also invests in the technology sector and operates a network of hubs offering incubation for technology startups in Africa.
