Established in 2017 in Berlin, Enway develops and deploys autonomous vehicles to automate services such as street sweeping and waste collection. Their technology software stack is built from the ground up for the unique attributes of the waste collection industry, such as centimeter precision navigation for three wheel based vehicles and Computer Vision for waste detection and classification. Enway is testing and developing their autonomous vehicle platform using multiple street sweeping vehicle prototypes in Berlin. They have formed first commercial partnerships with leading private waste management companies, municipals and vehicle manufacturers to introduce their technology to the market and build up a team of dedicated engineers & computer scientists. Their software platform can be integrated into different vehicles and used in outdoor and indoor environments, providing high-precision, autonomous sweepers and other utility machines that are more productive, safer, sustainable, and cost-effective.
