The plant consists of three nuclear reactor units that generate 10% of Sweden's electricity. With an annual turnover of around SEK 3 billion, OKG employs approximately 850 people. The reactors undergo regular maintenance and fuel replacement, and the plant also offers accommodation, conference facilities, and healthcare services. OKG is part of the Uniper Group, specializing in nuclear power and supplying a significant portion of the Nordic power supply system.
