The Alio platform uses remote patient monitoring and a wearable device to measure metrics like skin temperature, oxygen saturation, pulse rate variability, blood pressure, potassium, hemoglobin/hematocrit, and more. The device captures and transmits multimodal sensor data at regular intervals using quantitative analysis of optical, mechanical, acoustic, and thermal data related to blood flow and the composition of the blood itself. The data is processed and analyzed using Alio's proprietary algorithms, and the clinical team is alerted if an abnormality in any of a patient's metrics is detected. Alio is designed to allow the dialysis patient healthcare team to partner effectively and enjoy simpler care coordination as well as more effective management of their patient's health.
