I led the charge to help Brinc launch deep horizontal technology focused accelerator programs in IoT & Drones & Robotics and scaled additional programs in industry verticals including AgriFoodTech, Clean Energy and MedTech. We've recently gone into the Blockchain space with growing programs in DeFi, Play to earn, GameFi, etc. I’ve helped the organisation scale our product offerings, expand out into new regions all while focusing on delivering strong founder value across their core development life cycles. Brinc’s heading to disrupt the traditional VC industry by building a full stack VC which includes strong value add for investee’s through accelerator programs & strong post investment management support. I’ve led the organization to organically and sustainably grow to profitability and am excited to continue to lead the charge as we further make inroads into emerging markets and continue to adopt and push our sustainability mandate across industries to help us avoid climate disaster. Snapshot: Brinc now spans 7 countries and operates 18 accelerator programs. Target 50+ programs by 2026. We've made 200 investments made to date. Target of 1,000 investments by 2026. Average capital raised per team post program exceeds USD1.8MM. Notable investors and partners to teams include Microsoft, Google, European Space Agency, BMW, VISA, UPS, SOSV, J&J, Honywell, etc. We've scaled Brinc's knowledge base and IP and value beyond its own programs by spinning off Brinc AoA to enable 100s of other accelerators across China. Manav also recently led the acquisition of an AI Accelerator increasing an additional 50 positions for Brinc. We currently have USD$150MM+ allocated to invest through accelerator programs. Target of an additional USD$100MM by EOY 2022 through new JV with Artesian (BrincArtesian) with a goal of USD$500MM+ by EOY 2025. Key stakeholder partnerships for corporate & investor innovation / engagement include Schneider Electric, JUST, Manulife, PUMA, Artesian, Tamkeen, LeverVC, Wismettac etc. We are also signatories to the United Nations Principles of Responsible Investment signatory following a ESG mandate.
