Established in 2006, Zenith Solar has partnered with the Ben-Gurion National Solar Energy Center to create a home solar energy system using a 10 square meter reflector dish. The company has acquired the rights to solar technology from Ben-Gurion University and Germany's Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems ISE to create solar energy using mirrors and lenses that magnify and focus the sun's rays. Zenith Solar provides solar engineering services through photovoltaic receivers and concentrated photovoltaic (CPV) systems, which are highly efficient and produce 72% Solar Energy Cogeneration Heat and Power. These systems are most suitable for hotels, hospitals, community centers, campus, gated communities, chemical processing and facilities that require both hot water and electricity, with a capacity ranging from 500MW.Hr/annum to 2000MW.Hr/annum.
