Description
The Cleantech Open NE accelerator program offers six months of specialized mentoring, networking, and visibility opportunities to help cleantech startups thrive. Participants receive tailored mentoring from experienced business experts and gain access to a cleantech-specific expert network. The program also provides a chance to win cash prizes and services, with 4-6 winners receiving $20,000 each and one National winner receiving $200,000 in investment and services. Additionally, startups can connect with a powerful national network of influencers and entrepreneurs, showcase their business to investors and strategic partners, and benefit from hands-on training through intensive workshops and bootcamps. Cleantech Open Northeast, the northeast division of the Cleantech Open, was established in 2005 as the Ignite Clean Energy program by the Energy Special Interest Group (ESIG) of the MIT Enterprise Forum. Its mission is to support entrepreneurs who aim to address environmental and energy challenges.
