The pre-FDA stage medical device company, CenSyn, has created a portable EEG monitoring device that aims to accelerate the screening of Alzheimer's, Traumatic Brain Injury, and Epilepsy. Their device allows clinicians to access brain health data anytime, anywhere, enabling early screening and reducing healthcare costs. With an end-to-end device that acquires and displays EEG signals in less than a minute, CenSyn is currently conducting a validation study with 50 patients to test the device's efficacy. Additionally, they are building their own EEG database for Artificial Intelligence applications. The device integrates software for remote brain monitoring and offers tools for immediate neurological assessments, making it valuable for rapid screening of various brain health conditions.
