Description

The platform connects employees with therapists and mental health professionals through live video therapy, coaching, and self-care tools. Lyra works with employers to offer end-to-end mental health services, including self-care tools, therapy, medication management, and critical incident support. They use validated clinical assessments and evidence-based treatments to provide actionable suggestions to employees. Lyra has a network of over 400,000 mental health providers and uses machine learning to identify evidence-based providers near members. They prioritize quality by assigning providers with "Quality Prediction Scores" and conducting ongoing assessments. Leading employers partner with Lyra to offer fast and reliable access to evidence-based mental health care for their employees.
