Concur established a joint venture in Tokyo, Japan called Concur Japan, led by Shigeru Fujii. The joint venture aims to meet the growing demand for cloud computing and mobile solutions in Japan and Asia. Concur Japan is a collaboration between Concur, SunBridge Corporation, and Marc Benioff, with Concur as the majority shareholder. The transaction was completed in February 2011.
