Founded by three friends, Colorado Chicken Company is a Colorado-based fast casual restaurant chain that focuses on providing their community with healthier versions of their favorite foods. Their menu features all-natural, vegetarian-fed, hormone-free, antibiotic-free, free-range chicken, which is served fried and roasted. The restaurant's specialty is their gluten-free, rice flour-breaded fried chicken, cooked in GMO-free rice bran oil. In addition to fried chicken, they offer world-class fried chicken sandwiches, family meals, kids meals, and a selection of vegetarian and vegan sides and salads. Since opening their first location in Vail, Colo. in 2012, they have expanded to four additional locations in Colorado and have plans for further expansion in the future. Their goal is to share their passion for great food and customer service with as many people as possible.
