Thomas Greer
Mr. Greer is a Founder and Partner of Fulcrum Equity Partners. He has over 20 years of investment, financial and operating experience. Mr. Greer was the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Regency Healthcare, Inc. ("Regency") a provider of hospice services throughout the Southeast. He grew Regency to 5 offices, 120 employees in 3 years which culminated with the sale of a majority of Regency to EDG Partners, an Atlanta based private equity firm, in February 2006. Mr. Greer served as Chairman of the Board at the successor to Regency, Regency Healthcare Group, LLC, up until the sale of Regency to GTCR in April 2011. Previously, Mr. Greer served on the boards of Implantable Provider Group and SunCrest Healthcare, both Fulcrum portfolio companies that had successful exits. Currently he serves on the board of directors/managers of Enduracare Acute Care Services, LLC, Regenesis Biomedical, Inc., Partners Healthcare Group LLC and Marshall Emergency Services Associates. Mr. Greer is also on the board of Special Olympics Georgia. Prior to founding Regency he was Vice President of Healthcare Investment Banking for Robinson Humphrey where he worked on mergers, acquisitions, private placements, and public offerings for healthcare and life science companies. Prior to Robinson Humphrey Mr. Greer was a manager in the Corporate Finance and Investment Banking Group at Eli Lilly & Company in Indianapolis, IN. He worked exclusively on structuring and negotiating licensing arrangements, joint ventures, acquisitions and investments with domestic and international biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. Prior to Eli Lilly, he served as Director in KPMG's Corporate Finance practice where he executed equity raises, debt placements, sell side and buy side transactions. Additionally, he served as a Director in PriceWaterhouseCoopers Corporate Value Consulting group. Mr. Greer received his B.S. degree in Finance from Clemson University and his Masters of Business Administration degree from Wake Forest University.

Jeffrey Muir
Mr. Muir is a founder and partner of Fulcrum Equity Partners and its predecessor firm, Fulcrum Ventures that started in 2000. He is also a co-founder and former Managing Partner of Chatham Capital, a mezzanine finance firm launched in 2001. He has managed over $350 million in capital and led or participated in 150 transactions, including public offerings, multi-party mergers and consolidation plays. Prior to forming Fulcrum, Mr. Muir was COO of OnTarget, the leading provider of consulting and training to large sales organizations worldwide, including IBM, HP, Cisco, Dell, Microsoft, Siemens, Deutsche Telecom, Nortel and BellSouth. He spearheaded the highly successful exit strategy for the owners, resulting in a merger with Siebel Systems in December 1999. Prior to OnTarget, Mr. Muir primarily held senior executive positions with rapidly growing companies, including Executive VP with NYSE health care company, T2 Medical; VP of a computer software firm, Information Systems of America; and co-founder/principal of a physician management firm that merged with PhyMatrix as part of its initial public offering. He also served as a Managing Director in the Corporate Finance practice of KPMG and began his career as an attorney with the Atlanta law firm of Alston & Bird. Mr. Muir is currently a board member for Red Bag Solutions, Bright Light Systems, Enduracare Acute Care Services, Partners Healthcare Group and Bruder Healthcare. He was an organizer and former director of North Atlanta National Bank. Mr. Muir is on the Board of the Southern Capital Forum and a member of the Southeast Investor Group, Association for Corporate Growth, and Society of International Business Fellows. He also serves on the Investment Committee for two Atlanta foundations. He holds a B.A. and law degree from the University of Georgia, both with honors. Prior to law school, he served as an intelligence officer in the U.S. Air Force, including a tour in the Middle East.
