CDL is a seed-stage acceleration program that focuses on science- and technology-based companies in machine learning, health, life science, consumer, enterprise, environment, and hardware sectors. Founded in 2012 by Professor Ajay Agrawal, CDL has expanded to nine sites across four countries and offers a nine-month program that allows founders to learn from experienced entrepreneurs, increasing their likelihood of success. The program includes intensive full-day sessions with fellows and associates every eight weeks. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, the program has been adapted to be delivered entirely online, and CDL will not turn away ventures that have applied to a specific location if they are not able to attend in-person sessions.
