Viacom, also known as Video & Audio Communications, is a prominent American media conglomerate that owns and operates various cable and satellite television networks, including MTV, Nickelodeon, BET, and Comedy Central. They are also involved in movie production and distribution through Paramount Motion Pictures Group. Viacom is considered the "high-growth" side of the larger ViacomCBS conglomerate and has a diverse portfolio of leading cable network properties and a library of thousands of films.
