Microbiometrix is a developer of a microbiome monitoring automated system for bacterial strain typing from complex samples. The microbiome monitoring system is based on genome sequence scanning (GSS) technology and is used for gut microbiome diagnostics by providing a core gut microbiome snapshot of the sample. The snapshot is used to analyze the microbial diversity and presence or absence of key microbial components.
