Steve O'Hara
Prior to becoming an angel investor and focusing on board work, Steve was CEO of Angelica Corporation both when it was public (NYSE:AGL) and after it went private in 2008. Prior to Angelica, Steve was Chairman and CEO of Rawlings Sporting Goods from 1998 through its merger with K-2 in 2003. Prior to Rawlings, Steve was President of Specialty Catalog Corporation. Earlier in his career, Steve worked at Procter & Gamble, CML Group and Kraft. Steve has served on multiple for profit and not-for-profit boards. Besides serving on Clarke’s board, Steve is also Chairman of the Board of Kairos AR, a facial recognition SaaS provider, and a member of the board at Sunnen, a manufacturer of high precision boring and honing machines. Steve is also a board member of New World Angels and the author of two books – Managing by Slogan and There Are Always Alternatives. Steve lives in Florida with his wife Susan, a children’s author, and together they have two adult children. Steve is a graduate of Harvard College (1977) and Harvard Business School (1979).
