Sophie Lamparter
Sophie is a connector. For the last 10 years she has been working across the world building networks and fostering collaborations in design, art, research, and technology. Sophie co-founded DART, an Incubator for teams that build technologies for a more human future. DART incubates and invests in early stage startups from Europe, with an emphasis on Switzerland, and helps them test and scale their ideas in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior to founding DART she was Deputy CEO at swissnex San Francisco, Switzerland’s Innovation Outpost in San Francisco. She helped create a new hub at Pier 17 in San Francisco, led public programming and was instrumental in building US partnerships to help position several successful Swiss startups. Sophie was named one of the 100 Digital Shapers in Switzerland 2018, worked as a juror and advisor for the European Commission and spoke at events like SXSW, Ars Electronica, Lift Conference, and Gray Area.

Ms. Arijana Walcott is a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Partner at DART Labs. She is an expert in emerging technologies, innovation and entrepreneurship. Her specialty lies in translating trends and tomorrows technologies into viable use cases today. She's worked with corporates and startups alike. With corporates her work centers around developing use cases for emerging technologies like Augmented - and Virtual Reality and finding co-creation partners. Before scaling DART Labs, she worked as an AR/VR Evangelist and VP of Technology & Innovation at Swisscom's Innovation Outpost in Silicon Valley.
