Founded in 2004 in Greece, ENISA operates from the European Union and is dedicated to promoting cybersecurity certification and bringing it into the cloud. The firm supports the development and implementation of cybersecurity measures, collaborates with operational teams throughout Europe, and raises awareness about network and information security. ENISA works closely with Member States and the private sector to provide advice, solutions, and improve capabilities in cybersecurity. Additionally, since 2019, ENISA has been involved in developing cybersecurity certification schemes and coordinating responses to cross-border cybersecurity incidents.
