The state-of-the-art facility offers 3T MRI and CT scanning services to both private and NHS patients. It is closely linked to the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, allowing for rapid access to specialist assessment and treatment for patients with Essential Tremor. In addition, the centre has become the first MR-Guided Focused Ultrasound treatment facility in the UK. Queen Square Imaging Centre collaborates with the Chenies Mews Imaging Centre to provide a seamless whole body MRI service, including MRI for patients with cardiac pacemakers. Both centres are owned by QS Enterprises Ltd., a subsidiary of the UCLH Charity, which has received over £30 million in donations since 1985 to fund various service developments.
