Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero family, is an online ordering platform that connects users with nearby restaurants and shops, allowing them to order food, groceries, flowers, and medicines from the comfort of their homes. They work with over 27,000 brands and almost 50,000 branches, delivering hundreds of millions of food orders, grocery items, and other products per year to customers in nine countries throughout the region. They also have a q-commerce concept, talabat mart, that delivers groceries to customers in 30 minutes or less. Talabat's philosophy is to do what is right for their ecosystem, including facilitating donations of meals and medicines to those in need and donating over 1.3 million euros to charity with the help of their partners and customers.
