Becky Ariana

Becky Ariana, who served as the team’s mentor throughout the UTSA CITE competition, is the Company’s President and CEO. Ms. Ariana brings more than 30 years of experience in strategic planning, marketing and sales ​management, and executive leadership in the medical industry, working with organizations ranging in size from small start-ups to industry giants. Most recently, she served as a Principal with ProSavant International, a successful and highly recognized San Antonio-based strategic and operational consulting firm in the medical industry. Prior to joining ProSavant, she was VP at Vidacare Corporation, with responsibility for creating, building, and leading the oncology business unit. In addition to being President of Medigy Consulting for 10 years, Ms. Ariana has had the opportunity to launch exciting and innovative new products for Millennium Pharmaceuticals (the Takeda Oncology Company), Berlex Oncology (Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals), Diatek Corporation, and IVAC Corporation (now Carefusion). Ms. Ariana received her B.S. degree in Zoology and Psychology from Iowa State University, and completed additional coursework at the University of Chicago.
