Ryan Anderson

Ryan Anderson is a Principal of Integrity Growth Partners. He is primarily responsible for identifying and analyzing investment opportunities, monitoring portfolio companies, and deal execution. Prior to joining Integrity in 2018, Ryan was a Vice President at Kayne Partners Fund (growth equity strategy), where he worked on deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio company management. During Ryan’s tenure at Kayne, he participated in board meetings as an observer for Circle Cardiovascular, rfxcel, and Zafin. Before joining Kayne Partners Fund in 2016, Ryan was a Vice President at Battery Ventures, a venture capital and private equity firm in Boston. Prior to that, he was a Senior Associate at Volition Capital, a Boston-based growth equity firm focused on high potential, founder-owned companies. During Ryan’s tenure at Volition, he participated in board meetings as an observer for Chewy. At Kayne, Battery, and Volition, Ryan focused on investments in the enterprise software and internet spaces. Ryan began his career as an investment banking analyst at BMO Capital Markets and Cowen and Company where he worked on transactions in the technology industry. Ryan earned a B.A. in Economics-Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross. Outside of the office, Ryan takes advantage of the near-perfect Southern California weather by being outdoors as much as possible. As a born and raised Bostonian, he also enjoys all things Boston sports.
