Steve is a Managing Director and co-founder of Topspin LBO. He currently serves on the board of directors of GHS Interactive Security, Hart Systems, The Tiffen Company, New Whey Nutrition, Moose River Media, Pulse Veterinary Technologies, Stagnito Media and Two-Twenty Records Management. He also served on the board of Coastal Security Company prior to its sale in November 2005. Prior to joining Topspin, Steve was a corporate attorney at Kirkland & Ellis, one of the world's leading law firms focused on private equity transactions. At Kirkland & Ellis, he led numerous merger and acquisitions transactions with a focus on middle-market leveraged buyouts. Prior to that, he was an attorney at Cahill, Gordon & Reindel, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and securities deals. Steve received his AB from Harvard College in 1992, and his JD from Harvard Law School in 1995.

Leo Guthart
Leo Guthart, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Topspin Partners, LP of New York, a high tech venture capital and private equity firm based on Long Island New York. Before forming Topspin Partners, LP Leo was the President, CEO and Chairman of Ademco, which he joined in 1964. Under his tenure, Ademco grew from a fledgling manufacturer to become the Pittway Corporation Security Group, a $1.5 billion enterprise. This group encompasses the world's largest manufacturer and distributor of security systems, in addition to a number of security-related businesses. Leo currently serves as a trustee for the Acorn Group of Funds. He also serves as a Board member of Symbol Technologies (NYSE:SBL), the Aptar Group (NYSE:ATR). He is also a member of the board of trustees of Hofstra University, where he served as Chairman from 1993-1996. Leo received his A.B. in Physics from Harvard College and his MBA from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar. He also received a Doctorate from Harvard Business School with a specialty in Corporate Finance and served on the faculty there where he was a Ford Foundation Fellow.

Leigh is a Managing Director and co-founder of Topspin LBO. He currently serves on the board of directors of GHS Interactive Security, Hart Systems, New Whey Nutrition, Moose River Media, Pulse Veterinary Technologies, Stagnito Media and Two-Twenty Records Management. Prior to joining Topspin, Leigh served as Chief Financial Officer of Stonewater Spas, a market-leading operator and consolidator of day spas. In his role as the number two company executive at Stonewater Spas, Leigh managed all acquisition activity and oversaw the finance and accounting functions, growing the company from three locations with $1.5 million in annual revenues to 22 locations with over $40 million in annual revenues. From 1999 to 2001, Leigh served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development of Small World Media, a New York-based game software developer, where he had overall revenue responsibility and headed all business-side activities including setting company vision and strategy, managing marketing and sales and negotiating strategic business deals. From 1998 to 1999, Leigh was a consultant at McKinsey & Company in New York, where he worked on client engagements in the financial institutions group. Prior to McKinsey, from 1996 to 1998, he was a corporate attorney at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York where he worked on securities and mergers and acquisitions transactions. Mr. Randall received his AB from Duke University where he graduated summa cum laude and third in his class, and his JD from Harvard Law School in 1995 where he graduated magna cum laude and served as an editor on the Law Review.
