The fund is managed by AVAC Ltd., which reviews applications, performs due diligence, rules on investment decisions, and provides ongoing support to portfolio companies. In addition, the Accelerate Fund Industry Committee serves as a “hands-on” resource to the fund and its portfolio companies, bringing multiple angel investors into deals and encouraging collaboration among angels.
