Prior to joining Allen & Buckeridge in 1999, Frank was the SVP of Virtual Music Entertainment (Boston) where he ran the company’s operations up through its successful acquisition by Namco Entertainment (Japan). Before VME, Frank was the founder of Contexture Systems (tools for Unix workstations), where he managed the company through its eventual sale to Bridge Builder Technologies and Decalog (now part of Sunguard Financial). Recently, Frank has been an independent director and consultant to YellowPages.com where he led the company through its successful sale to SBC Communications (NYSE: SBC) and Bell South (NYSE: BLS) in November 2004. He was also a director of Cogent Data technologies through its sale to Adaptec Inc (NASDAQ: ADPT) in June 1996. Both of these transactions represented significant returns for the shareholders. Steve has over 30 years of financial management experience in both the private and public sectors. He has spent the past 20 years leading five technology companies as Chief Financial Officer. During that 20 year tenure, we have taken two companies public, two were acquired, and one is still operating. Most recently, we successfully completed an IPO on NASDAQ for ShiftPixy. He was also CFO of Predixion Software from 2009 to 2017. Predixion Software was successfully acquired by Greenwave Systems (IOT Division - August '16) and Jvion Technologies (Healthcare Division - Feb '17). While at TCI, we grew revenue by 640%, took the company public under Reg. D, and sold the business at a premium to Retalix. In 2008, after growing revenue by nearly 400%, we sold DATAllegro to Microsoft for over $280 million. In addition to leading the integration efforts for Microsoft, I worked with HP, IBM, and Dell, to develop the product launch and go to market efforts for the integrated data warehouse product offering. He has raised over $250 million in public, private, and venture equity. I acquired my public accounting experience with Coopers & Lybrand in Los Angeles, am a CPA, hold a bachelors degree in business and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
