Description

The company's platform uses probabilistic programming, Bayesian inference, and multi-level regression and poststratification (MRP) to optimize doses, make go/no-go decisions, predict biomarkers, and perform subgroup analysis. Generable's software includes a user interface for generating scenarios and forecasts, decision API, internal API for running complex models in parallel, and automating model fitting and diagnostics. Their cloud-based database and inference API make it easy to produce and reproduce analyses without IT infrastructure configuration and maintenance. Generable is currently working with beta customers in Immuno-Oncology and originated from the open-source Stan project at Columbia University.
