Founded in 1971, Hill Country Memorial (HCM) is a nonprofit hospital based in Fredericksburg, Texas. It offers a wide range of services including emergency care, outpatient services, orthopedics, gastroenterology, and cancer care. HCM has expanded its service lines and improved quality over the years to meet the growing needs of the community. With dedicated physicians and medical staff, HCM provides remarkable care in more than 30 specialties. The hospital also offers support services such as a wellness center, home health care, hospice, and specialty clinics in other locations. The Foundation for HCM has been raising funds since 1989 to support the hospital's mission. In November 2022, Hill Country Memorial was acquired by Methodist Healthcare.
