CodeVentures works with non-technical founders to define and develop their startup, taking care of the technology architecture, coding, and deployment while other founders focus on sales, marketing, and finance. The platform is designed to enable successful individuals to transition into a new role as an entrepreneur without having to take on the aggregate opportunity cost of changing careers all at once. Code Ventures helps confirm a proposed disruptive technology or process and its resulting addressable market, and partners are able to produce a minimum viable product and get pilots into the market without having to leave their current position. Unlike immersive accelerators, Code Ventures is ideal for those who can commit some time during the product development process and transition into a full-time role with the startup once the product is close to completion. Only 6 startups are accepted each year, with 3 slots still available for 2018.
