The interactive, network-based organization disrupts the culture by developing a peer network of motivated students across all majors. The PDC supports students in obtaining internships and full-time positions through coaching on resume writing, interview preparation, networking strategy, and other professional skills. The mission is brought to life through professional development workshops, company-sponsored events, and individual mentorship from board members. The PDC is dedicated to empowering University of Kentucky students to achieve their career aspirations and become successful professionals.
