As a pragmatic technology innovator, Fay has authored 12 patents. In 2006, Fay received the distinguished Business In Vancouver’s “Top 40 Under 40” award presented to those who are under the age of 40 and are exceptional outstanding leaders in their chosen fields shaping the country's future. In 2007, she was the Canadian technology and innovation representative to the White House. Fay holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Concordia University.
