Charles Heilbronn

Heilbronn is the Founder, the Chairman, and the President at Mousse Partners, Ltd. Charles Heilbronn has been an Executive Vice President and a Secretary at Chanel, Inc. since 1998. He has been an Executive Vice President at Chanel Limited since December 2004. Prior to this, he served as a Vice President and a General Counsel at Chanel Limited and a Senior Vice President, a General Counsel and a Secretary at Chanel, Inc. from 1987 to December 2004. Heilbronn was also an Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher. He also sits on the boards of various companies in France and the U.S. Heilbronn has been an Independent Director of Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc., since July 1995. He serves as a Director at Doublemousse B.V., Chanel, Inc. (U.S.) and various other Chanel companies or their affiliates in the United States and worldwide, as well as several unrelated private companies. Heilbronn is also a Board of Director at MyPublisher. He served as Director of RedEnvelope Inc. from October 2002 to August 2006. He received a Master in Law from Universite de Paris V, Law School and an L.L.M. from New York University Law School.
