Leonid Boguslavsky is the founder of RTP Global, an international early stage investment firm. Under his leadership, the firm’s most successful investments include Yandex, Delivery Hero, ivi, Ozon, Tradeshift, Ring Central, SumUp, DataDog, Faasos, EPAM and The Urban Sports Club among others. Prior to his involvement in venture capital, in 1997-2001, Leonid was the Managing Partner of Management Consulting Services and IT Consulting at PwC Russia, later combined with the role of the Head e-Business in Central and Eastern Europe. In the early 1990s, Leonid had established and successfully developed one of Russia’s largest IT solutions companies with preferred distribution agreements and partnerships including Oracle, Compaq, Sun, Cisco, and many others. Leonid started his career as a scientific researcher in performance evaluation and modeling of computer systems and networks at the USSR Academy of Sciences where he obtained a PhD and Doctorate Degree in the field. Leonid holds a MS degree in Applied Mathematics. He has a keen interest in triathlon, and in 2017 founded Super League Triathlon as a new format in the global sportainment market.

Kirill Sheynkman is the Senior Managing Director of RTP Ventures. Kirill is focused on developing all aspects of the firm's investment strategy in the United States, building the firm's investment team, and creating a portfolio of Cloud, SaaS, Big Data, and Enterprise Infrastructure companies. Kirill, is a 20-year software industry veteran, who has spent 10 of those years as a CEO of software startups. He is a three-time founder of venture-backed enterprise software companies, including an early relational OLAP vendor acquired by IBM in 1995 and Plumtree Software (NASDAQ: PLUM), the creator of the corporate portal market, acquired by BEA/Oracle in 2005. Kirill's companies were twice backed by Sequoia Capital where he was also an Entrepreneur in Residence. Kirill also held sales, product management, and business development positions at Oracle and Microsoft. Kirill holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Stanford University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley.
