Established in 2017, the National Digital Infrastructure Fund (NDIF) is a Limited Partnership vehicle that invests in optical fibre-based networks and related enabling infrastructure to boost connectivity across the UK. The Fund is backed by a cornerstone commitment from HM Treasury’s £400m Digital Infrastructure Investment Fund (DIIF) initiative, and it aims to unlock a new source of capital for businesses developing these networks to enable them to reach scale. NDIF invests across the capital structure in multiple strategies to provide its investors with access to a diverse range of opportunities within this emerging infrastructure asset class. Additionally, the company provides real estate investment services, financial consultancy, investment advisory services, and primarily invests in public infrastructure projects.
