Mr. Fan is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of SkySea Cruise Lines. He also serves on the board of directors of China Lodging Group, Limited(NASDAQ: HTHT) and Leju Holdings Limited (NYSE: LEJU). Mr. Fan obtained his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He also studied at the Lausanne Hotel Management School of Switzerland in 1995.
