Hanna Adeyema

Entrepreneur, cross-functional team leader, and coach with history of building efficient teams and generating results. Hanna began her career at a think tank, researching technology trends. There she got involved in a semantic software spinoff and has loved startups ever since. She went on to work as a consultant, advising top universities, the federal government, startups and many world-beating companies like P&G, Texas Instruments, Dow Corning, and Avon. There, she helped them bring cutting edge technologies to market and won an innovation award from NASA. During the summer of 2011, Hanna worked with a USAID –funded project to promote remote Internet access in Indonesia and developed sustainability business analytics for WM. Before coaching with MIT Bootcamps, Hanna was a COO and co-founder of Tenacity, a cloud-based SAAS product that dramatically improves employee retention in call centers. She earned her MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, and an MA from the University of Sussex, UK.
