I am a passionated entrepreneur and former General manager of several fast growing companies.Highly devoted and optimistic, with the proven ability (and luck) to deliver major GROWTH. This means sharing the Vision, setting the strategy, captivating the initial team, building the resources to facilitate growth and developing the key relations with the right partners (Brands, Media...).I have particular experience within Business Development. I have an international outlook, with good communication&mentoring skills, team spirit, enhanced by fluency in three languages. I have developed part of my career managing Top Marketplaces/Classified Business like Generalists as Milanuncios, and Verticals like Coches.net (cars, also from Schibsted Adevinta) and Job Today or Welcome to the Jungle (jobs). I'd say that I'm friendly, a good team player and that I try to get to the point and get things done. But I'm still learning my weaknesses and working in fixing them. I built my own business, Glamourum, the first Online Subscription Business in Spain/Europe, and scale it from an initial investment of just $20,000 and 4 people,into a $1.5M turnover business with +20 employees, 400 contractors, which was sold 1 year later to the World Leader Birchbox.
