Stasis Labs has developed a patient monitoring system that measures core vital signs and provides actionable insights to clinicians anytime and anywhere. The system integrates medical hardware with big data insights to continuously monitor vital signs and allows doctors to visualize trends, configure alarms, and manage patient wards. This enables patients to be more connected with health and medical professionals, thereby getting access to efficient and safe healthcare. Stasis was a part of the first cohort of the Techstars Healthcare Accelerator, in Partnership with Cedars-Sinai, and recently received grant funding from the International Finance Corporation, a World Bank Group, to improve medical technology in India. With most hospital patients only seen by a nurse once every six hours, Stasis aims to expand access to its life-saving solution to the 11 million under-monitored beds around the world.
